Forum - Stereotypes, analysis, image deconstruction. Corine Van Hellemont

This workshop aims to include the way in which women and men are represented in the computer reviews. Are there any of differences ? If so, what are they ? And if there are differences, do they have an effect or not on the image that we have of the IT sector? Do they influence the attitudes of men and women in IT training, in an IT job or in management? And who knows, perhaps are there no differences or they are so slight that they become negligible. To know more, participants are invited to bring a maximum of images of women and men found in computer reviews, in advertisements or illustrations of IT.
